• Returns & Exchanges: You may return or exchange your artwork within 7 days of receiving it if the item is damaged, The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
